Hardy was the best one on Owsley's team. but they went 7-16 but they did have a better season then Powell County did. as far as the other 2 seniors idk what they done, KHSAA Website has not stats for them

Owsley is 10 points better right now. Estill has the ability to catch and pass them if they want to work...and that is if and only if...they want to work.

So your saying he was better than Evans?

thats exactly what im saying. when i saw the Owls in action last year in our 82 Food Mart Classic against Madison Southern, and again against Estill, it was Hardy that was the talk, he lead the Owls in Scoring in the Mad. Southern game. i didnt even see Evans play in those games.

Owsley should be the favorite in the 56th returning Evans, The Murrell Twins, and everyone else. They have handled Estill pretty easy a few times this summer that I have seen them play.

Thats probably because he wasn't playing then. When he came back to Owsley he was the leading scorer and was the best player.

what position does he play? what grade is he in? is he better than Charles or Brandenburg?

Pittman is a very athletic player, he will need to be more of an offense oriented player this year.
Did Pelphry graduate last year? Who else does Lee Co. have to help Pittman?

They have Gus Wise returning to run the point, and he will be a good asset to the team. although they are very young with like 2 sophmores and 1 junior starting the varsity team. Not 100% on that but pretty sure, also pittman is a beast down paint he lacks some muscle but he plays very hard and it will be hard to keep him off the offencive boards. I would still not over look Lee they will not be a push over.

toss up any of the 4 teams can win it this year it's all about who wants it most and wants to work hard all of the teams in the 56th could be good . I think Kenton Roberts will have a break out year and could help Estill win there 3rd dist. in a roll.

Estill didnt win it last year, Lee did. if Estill wins it this year that will be the 2nd District Title for Estill in the past 3 years

I think he plays power. And he isn't better than Charles but he is very good down low. He is a rebounding machine. If he builds some muscle, he will be unstoppable.

i dont think i saw him play last year but i only went to one of the games against Lee.

Pelfrey did Graduate along with charles. Although Pittman is just a junior this upcoming year he is a very athletic and strong player and should be a great aspect to Lee Co. as they will probably be starting some young players.

Owsley has dominated the district this summer. They handed Powell a 40 point loss last week.
