It depends, I usually wait so that I can get a better shot, and hope that I can get the big one, unless its near dark in which case I take what I can get.

Bow season or early unless a 10 or better I dont shoot becaue I know whats there.. late muzzleloading comes around nothing under a 8... you let them walk and they will get better... How ever I fill my frezzer with a doe early so I have meat
