Owsley County freshman Courtney Brandenburg made a 4 point play in the final 2 seconds. She hit a 3 point shot from 3 feet behind the line with 2 seconds remaining, was fouled, and then hit the free throw to beat Wolfe County in overtime. Exciting game. Owsley has won over Wolfe 3 times this season.
Turner is still not back with the Lady Owls. The mono she has had for a several weeks is still keeping her out of the lineup. Her double-double average would sure be welcomed in the upcoming district tournament. Hope for a speedy recovery Mika. :thumpsup:
