the winner does not flip a coin, only if williamsburg wins do they flip but youdid eventually get it right in a later post.

The first tie breaker is not a coin flip its number of road wins and then coin flip. Thats why if south wins and tied with whitley at 4-2 there will be no coin flip cause whitley has two road wins to souths one.
