Underlined schools entered either a boys or girls full team or both in 2006 Cross Country
Advancement Formula Recommendation – Cross Country – Each region would advance based on number of teams entered by entry deadline.
1-3 full teams entered – 2 teams advance; 4-6 full teams entered – 3 teams advance; 7-9 full teams entered – 4 teams advance; 10-12 full
teams entered – 5 teams advance; 13 of more full teams entered – 6 teams advance. In addition, the top 5 individuals not on a team
qualifying for the state meet would also qualify.
Advancement Formula Recommendation – Track – The Advisory Committee is to consult with the represented schools regarding the two
possible options. Option number one would bring the top two competitors from each region, plus the two best at-large times/marks from
the state at-large. Option two would bring the top competitor from each region, plus the nine best at large times/marks from the state atlarge.
The decision is to be made (recommendation) following the consultation with the schools and after the completion of the Track and
Field Rules Clinics.

wow they got rid of all the good competition that was in our region. I don't know why we had teams that were up around cincinati in our region anyway lol The only team that will give our sprinters a problem now will be mason county. There always fun to run against.
