Here's the quality win that we felt Beechwood needed to be considered one of NKY's best. IMO, Beechwood may be a final 4 team in the All 'A'.

After the AIT I was already convinced that Beechwood was for real. Thats a huge win for them over Highlands.

Who is number 2 behind Holmes? Looks like half the teams in the 9th are competing for second place. A lot of parity in the 9th.

Now Beechwood has that signature victory that will get them a lot more credit then they've been receiving.

Senior Joe Daniels made two free throws with nine seconds remaining in overtime, and Beechwood held on to defeat visiting Highlands 58-54 in a boys' basketball game Friday night.
The Tigers are tied for No. 6 in the Enquirer Northern Kentucky coaches' poll, and the Bluebirds are No. 3.
Six of Beechwood's 10 points in overtime came on free throws. Tigers senior Trey Beuttel sent the game to the extra session by making one of two free throws with 10 second left to tie the game at 48.
