30 minute delay from the last strike of lightning from what they're saying and its still lighning a little. Going to be awhile still.

It's still lightning so they can't play football but they're going to go ahead and bring out the homecoming court and do the homecoming presentation so that halftime won't be as long.

I guess lightning won't strike someone with a metal crown on their head.

Injuried player for Johnson Central causing a delay in the game right now. Player is number 55 Shawn Owsley. Appears to be a ankle or knee injury to the right leg. He's the 1st string center for the Eagles. That could hurt with a wet ball tonight. He's up and being helped off the field.

Johnson Central kicking off to Lawrence County. Roberts and Spradlin back to get the kick. 9:43 to go in the half.

Kick is off a Lawrence County player and recovered by Johnson Central. It was a line drive kick that wasn't controlled by the Dawgs. This could get nasty.
