Aniston Gets Restraining Order In Intruder Case

SANTA MONICA, Calif. -- A homeless man accused of entering actress Jennifer Aniston's rented Malibu beach house is being ordered to stay away from her for three years.

The court has issued the restraining order she asked for.

It prohibits David Hesterbey from coming within 100 yards of Aniston, of her home, her work or car.

Aniston was away filming a movie in Chicago when Hesterbey allegedly got into her house and told her employees he was "looking for Jennifer."

Hesterbey was startled by one of the workers and ran off. He was caught later walking on the beach and is now in jail.

Hesterbey has pleaded not guilty to charges and will be back in court Sept. 26.

Who can blame him?
