final balanced scoring for the Raiders...the starters only played about 12-15 mins. the whole game.
Turner had around 21 pts.
Langdon had around 16 pts.
D. Hall had around 18 pts.

anyone know any more stats from the starters, wat about the marson kid, tommy jo, and the tackett boy
#3
Congrats to the Raiders! Looks to be another very long season for RC.

I think it looks bad on a team to run the score up on a weak team.
#5
Dont worry, No offence tho.. but thats prolly the only game all season they will get to do that.

Wow very suprising proformance from the Raiders. I don't know much about this team or the game they played here only the score but if the score reflects the way the game was played good job Raiders big turn around from last year.

umm we didnt run up the score. like i stated earlier the starters only played 12 mins at the most....SF ran a 2-3 defense... so idk how you get that we ran the score up

South Floyd might be improved, but beating Riverside really bad is not really proving anything. They lost to a weak Cordia team last night. When they get into some district and region games you can see how improved they are.
#13
If this team would have beaten South Floyd by 73 points SF wouldn't have played them anymore, because that is what they do to teams that beat them by a large margin. Jackson County beat them by 58 in football and South Floyd won't play them anymore. This is kind of hypocritical!
#14
couldnt have been feelin much.. the whole team only had 30
#15
Well as far as i am concerned the game is over, sf won and thats that. And as far as getting beat by a lot and then refusing to play that team anymore, the football team has been beaten by a lot more than 58 and then played the same team the next year. JC beat SF pretty easy last year but you don't see that stopping SF from playing them this year.
#16
can't judge a whole lot from a riverside victory but sf's shooters are looking good although not playing a whole lot
#17
Yes but the teams that beat SF got beat by in football by more than 58 or 73 or whatever and they still play are Pikeville, Paintsville, and on occasion Allen Central they have to play those teams there in the same district. But all in all SF did beat RC and its over and when did this become a football thread anyway. lol
#18
lets see

Hazard beat SF by 43 last year there playing them agian this year
Johnson Central beat them by 36 there playing them tomorrow night
Cordia beat them 42 last season they played them Tuesday night
Knott Central beat them 25 they play them Saturday
Sheldon Clark beat them by 25 they play them
Pike Central beat them by 28 they play them also
Jackson City beat them 33 and 29 they play them
East Ridge beat them by 22 and 25 they play them
Phelps beat them by 17 and they also play them

so my point is that they DO play teams that beat them last season by 15-20+
#19
Yeah but SF only won like 2 games last season everyone beat them by 15-20+ points except BL and which other team they beat. lolBig Grin
