I saw this and thought "they can't arrest a rapper for rapping about killing someone because rappers do it ALL THE TIME."

Then I looked at the article- the rapper named the song "Chad Blue Knows How I Shoot", and the guy he shot was actually named Chad Blue in which he raps about the shooting and calls the victim out by name............
