I heard about a guy that at 20 years old, he JUST figured out that the song says "I scream for icecream" instead of "icecream for icecream".

What are some things that after years of not getting it, it just hit you like a ton of bricks one day?

When I was little I used to think that Bob Amos park in Pikeville was actually called "Ball Bamus" park.

Why? I don't know, but it wasn't until they posted a sign that read: Bob Amos, that I realized the error.
