Well the Sox gave it all they could, just wasn't enough. Boston had their chance in the 8th with the bases loaded and J.D. Drew checked his swing which ended up strike 3. David Price the #1 pick from last year came in and just shut down the potent offense of the Red Sox. Plus Matt Garza pitched a great game and it was enough to get the job done in game 7. It was a tough pill to swallow last night seeing Tampa celebrate like that, but they won the pennant and have a chance to win the World Series. Good luck to both them and the Phillies.

Well, I am here..And I will be the first to admit that My Beloved Red Sox DID NOT DESERVE to win this series. THey have got outplayed by a younger, hungrier bunch and it is as simple as that,,...Yes, last night was a VERY hard night as I did not get any sleep. I do love both teams in the World Series because as a baseball fan, how could you not admire the way these 2 teams play! I hate it, but that is baseball..and when you love the sport as much as you love your family..sometimes it can hit ya where it hurts ya!
