Leonard Macon took advantage of Chris Thomas not being in the line-up and ran for two scores, returned an interception 102 yards for a score, and had one receiving TD. TC was down 21-6 with .30 to go in the first half and Wayne County was driving but they through the ball into the end zone and Macon returned it 102 yards. Wayne County scored first in the 2nd half and the score was 28-14. Tc marched down the field and kicked a 30 yard field goal that made the score 28-17. Macon ran a long td in from 67 yards and it was 28-23. Macon again scored on a long run and the score was 29-28 TC in the 4th. Wayne scored and the score was 35-29, TC came down and scored again with Macon catching a pass and that made it 36-35 TC. Wayne County marched the ball down the field and overcame several penalties and with :45 seconds to go and on a 4th and 15 play, they through an off balance hail-mary and the kid from wayne County pulled it in at the 2 and walked into the end zone because the TC defenders had fallen down.....What a game! Now there is a three way tie at the top of the district....
