It's hilarious to see how quick people are to turn on someone! Woodson wasn't doing half as good as Hartline is in his first full season as the starter, and if I'm not mistaken, he turned out okay (I mean, he did become one of the SEC's all time leading passers, but they may not count for much). We have the same QB coach who molded Woodson, and some guy named Peyton Manning, some of you may have heard of him. The offensive line has not given Hartline much time to do anything this season, mainly because of injuries and a different lineup each week. What happened to supporting a guy, especially a young guy who needs support now more than ever, entering SEC play? We don't need Cobb at QB, we need him at WR, but it's clear my opinion is wrong and every one else on this board is always right about everything UK!

Hartline isn't doing good or bad, he's just OK. I would rather have Randall Cobb back there. IMO Cobb can throw better than Harltine and he is mobile..we need a mobile QB with the O line doing as bad as it is. I don't see anything in Hartline's play or demeanor that would suggest he is going to get much better. I'm oppisite of most of you guys...I think that the WR's will get better with time and that Hartline is just going to stay the same. That's why I think we need to utilize Cobb at QB, not wide-out. How much of a difference do you guys think he'll make at WR anyway..? Just my opinion...

Cobb. Because he is a dual threat Quarterback. Hartline costed us the Alabama game that Kentucky coulda won. I cant wait till next year till we get Morgan Newton!!!

If not Cobb then try Fidler, he couldnt do much worse than Hartline. The reason the WR's cant catch is because Hartlines passes are awful, they are usually either too high or too low or wide amd it screws up the receivers ability to catch. Yeah the line is horrible but thats exactly why they need Cobb in there, he is mobile and can get things done with his legs that Hartline doesnt have the talent for.

I really have to wonder if people have actually watched some of these games.

No, you can't put the blame for the dropped passes on Hartline. I have been watching the games, and the passes are right there on the numbers or on the hands most of the time. The problem is a bunch of inexperienced receivers who are looking at where they are going to run after the catch rather than concentrating on the catch itself. They just need to look the ball in, then worry aout getting extra yards.
It's really disappointing, because I'm sure the coaches have stressed the need for the receivers to concentrate on catching the ball, and for whatever reason it's just not sinking in.
