#1
What is best pay lake you have fished or heard about????
#2
well i think that G&P is pretty good and a lower johns creek one is good to but they are both a long drive for me ..........
#3
I used to like G & P but the last couple times I went the fish were torn up bad.
#4
Same here Cats Fan.. I didn't like catching fish with holes in them
#5
umm I would have to say the best pay lake I have ever been to is in South Point, Ohio its called SKY LAKE....you take the 2nd exit after you get on 64 going to Huntington mall....My uncle and I go almost every weekend starting in late feburary early march....They stock about 2000 pounds of farm raised catfish every week, maybe more....They have to get 4 to 5 guys to carry the fish in this huge net....So if anyone wants to head down that way PM me and we will talk and go one weekend.......

def.... g and P

G&P is probably one of the best i've been too, one of my buddies caught a 60 lb. blue cat to win the fishing tournament they held over there. The biggest i have caught of there i around 15 lbs. There i a paylake where i live, it's pretty local, it's called Mountain Top Paylake.
#8
I've never caught a fish at a pay lake
#9
Me either CTD.
#10
We went to the new one in Spurlock last weekend... between 2 people they caught 6 in about 5 hours.. a couple of them were pretty big
#11
I would have to say Chris's pay lake is the best pay like i have ever been there. I go over the quite often and everytime i go i catch on a average of 7-12 fish. All averaging from 5-20 pounds usually.
#12
The Fishing Hole or whatever it is called on Elkhorn Creek is said to be pretty good.
Blue Pond at Elkhorn City/Breaks is alright too.
#13
Chris's paylake in Talcom is pretty good.
#14
G and P, sky lake
#15
Yea i would have to say Sky Lake also, if you can get your pole in the water. the place is always packed no matter when you go, but you always catch something.
#16
I go to sky lake every weekend and I have never had a problem with getting my poles in the water....yes it is packed but not as bad as everyone thinks....I start fishing in march and fish til june or when it starts getting really hot, and I have been going the past 2 weeks and fishing for BIG fish in the BIG lake and I have caught 3 or more everytime I have been, its been cold but I took some wood and some coal and kept warm

#22
i rly dont care 2 much for pay lakes cuz last 1 i went 2 it was up johns creek i think and me n 1 of my buddys stayd all day and didnt catch anything...but i rly only got 1 bite but i wasnt paying any attention and it got away so i quit goin 2 them after that.

I don't know about the best, but one of the worst is Cherokee lake in Greenup County. The fishing sucks and the last time I was there fishing a bunch of kids were throwing things in a fire and running wild. I will never go back again.

There was a new pay lake being built on lower Johns Creek, on of my friends Dads built it. It's close to the lower Johns Creek Pay Lake and this one has a lot of big catfish. I fished at it a few months ago. It wont be opened till next year though. If thats still true.
