I have no clue what these teams have or how they will match up against each other. Any thoughts or comments?

Alot of the Mason County fans are talking that they will be better this year than last year. They lost a great QB in Cox but have alot of skill players returning.
I don't see Ashland being any better than a year ago.

I'm anxious to hear anyone's thoughts on the Royals this season, their have been a lot of talk about how good they're going to be.

Mason should be good this year! But better than last year, I ll have to see first. Maybe tonight we can find out. If they struggle with the Tomcats I would say that they are not any better than last year. Cox was huge for the Royals last year!

As I stated in my earlier post (if Mason is better than last year I would have to see it) And they are not! But they do spread the field and can improve as the season progress'

It is my understanding Mason lost more than thier QB.Also they were not going to be near as good this year.

Cox will be tough to replace. I do believe that graduation also took a toll along the line of scrimmage for Mason County. I thought last year was one of the more physical teams that Mason County has ever had. I'm not sure if they can match that again this year.

Did Ashland look any better in this scrimmage?

Ashland looked real good! But couldnt really tell if they looked that way because of Mason County or they are just better! We shall find out when they hookup with Raceland!

Didn't think Mason County was going to be as good as some preseason rankings had them.
