I don't think Cohen was a jerk, but I do agree with Polk. As a former player who went through many coaching changes, it sounded like to me that Polk and the players were all comfortable with a selection for the next coach, and when your AD goes against that then it is indeed a slap in the face to Polk and the players. This could ultimately hurt recruiting for next season. I am sure he has several recruits who thought there was going to be one coach, and now there is another. I completely agree with how mad Polk is.
