(AP) - Mykal Riley scored Alabama's first 13points of overtime, including three 3-pointers, and the CrimsonTide beat No. 16 Vanderbilt 78-73 on Saturday. The Crimson Tide (16-15, 5-11 Southeastern Conference) closed adisappointing regular season with its biggest win while keeping theCommodores from a second straight overtime victory. The loss means Vanderbilt (25-6, 10-6) will be a No. 3 seed inthe SEC tournament and remained tied with the 1992-93 team for theschool record for regular-season wins.
