This game was ridiculous IMO the refs were horrible on both ends of the court...it really got outof hand. I know just while I was there there were three technicals one intentional, and a kid knocked out cold.

Yes it was, Goble was taken to hospitial, don't know his condition yet, hope he is ok. That was a very low and unclassy move by Grimm. Cards played tough and actually lead towards the end of first half. At one point in second half the fouls were 14 - 2. Not sure how the fouls could be that lopsided with 2 teams playing as hard and physical as they both were.

Congrats Tigers! The Tigers took a big early lead but then SC started playing really well shooting the lights out in the 1st half and actually had the lead at one point. But Paintsville was too much in the 2nd half.
Yes, the refs weren't very good in this one, but it had no effect on the outcome of the game. But what else is new. The refs are never very good in the 15th anyway.
BTW, SC has the best concessions of any place I've been this year!!

this game was wild but cards played great in the first half. then in the 2nd half they tried to run with p ville and i dont think nobody in the region can do that. but great game on both sides and the calls where bad on both sides. everybody prey 4 steven goble he had a nasty hit and was took to the hospital.

Unclassy move by Grimm. Your crazy. He was fighting through a screen. When he did that he lifted his arm and hit the kid. But maybe if one of there players didnt do an illegal screen this would not have happen. This game was physical and the refs let most of it go. But UNCLASSY play by grimm. Thats just stupid..........

Funny. OTH got baned for "insulting" another poster, by calling him a dumb donkey. But, I guess it's fine to "insult" a highschool kid on here by calling him uncllassy.
There were 2 SC players and Grimm in the same area. From the way it looked the kid was hit by his own player.

Nothing intentional on Grimm's part. Those things just happen sometimes when guys are banging around and fighting for position. And this was a very physical game that the refs called rather loosely. Hope Goble is alright. Anyone with any updates, please keep us informed.

I was looking right at it and didn't actually see anyone hit Goble, but there were guys around him and he could have caught an elbow or who knows. Some people were even saying that he passed out, that is how little contact was obvious. But with all of the physical play, it could have been anyone. In any event it wasn't anything blatantly obvious nor I doubt intentional on anyone's part.

I'd love to post some stats but I didn't hear any on the radio. They gave the stats for SC and either didn't give the Paintsville ones , but I did hear them say something about not being able to get a good signal.....
As for Grimm, I'm in agreement with EKY Sportster and ThaFan3.
I sincerely hope the Goble kid is okay.

Oh he didnt get hit by his own player we reviewed the tape last night and grimm took his elbow and put it right in the back of his head.
and the last i heard on goble he had blood coming out of the back of his eye socket.

Did u reveiw the tape where u could tell he didnt do on purpose. Because from where i was he didnt. It was an accident. If you know grimm the way I know him and all he doesnt play dirty nor cheap. Look at all his games he doesnt do anythign stupid.
