Dustin May
#1
So has May committed anywhere yet? I have heard rumor of Kentucky?
#2
May ahs not committed anywhere, and it will probably be a little bit of time ebfore he does.

Kentucky has not offered him and probably won't unless something drastic happens, the Wildcats simply don't have enough available scholarships. The Wildcats are interested in him, but just not enough room to put a scholarship out there.

From what I gather he has quite a bit of interest from a wide array of D-1AA and D-1A schools, and if he can continue to play the way he has and Belfry is able to win a state title, that interest will only increase.
#3
yea i can see him getting to play alot in the future at a school like EKU or WKU
#4
I think he will stay in his home state and play for Marshall or WVU.

Honestly I think WVU would be a good fit for him at the FB position if he put on a few pounds.

I would like to see him at FB for the Mountaineers. He could play at UK, but evidently they want him to walk on, which I would NOT do if I were him. He deserves a scholarship going in.

Everyone knows a lot of WV kids cross the river to go to Belfry. I don't blame them a bit, but it's not like it's a big secret. Don't want to add your opinion about where he will play in college?

Guy's do not give out personal information.

Maybe 30.........

Anyway, it will be a while before he decides.

I can see him playing at any school he WANTS, as long as he commits to it for 4 years and realizes not playing as a frosh or taking a redshirt is not the end of the world.

Like I said, I hope he doesn't let UK talk him into walking on and giving up a scholarship somewhere else. Any idea when he will decide?

I just dont see him playing for a school like WVU or UK. Marshall now that could be a pretty good fit. Saying he could go to any school he wants to go to is pretty far fetch.

Its not as far fetched as you would think... He has the size, just needs to put on a few pounds of solid muscle an get a step or two faster... Most of your bigger schools is recruiting Dustin as a Tight end... TE would be a better fit for him on the college level, he would be a Tamme type TE... I'd could see him being reunited with Doug Howard at Marshall next season, if that is where Howard desides to try out at...

He was alluding to his point that he actually lives in WV, not in KY.

Here we go !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Same ole, Same ole.......
Romans 14:11
It is written: " 'As surely as I live,' says the Lord, 'every knee will bow before me; every tongue will confess to God.' "

No, no, I'm not trying to spur this on. I was just saying that's why he mentioned Marshall and WVU.

He told me Marshall or western

Wherever he goes I wish him the best. Personally, I would like to see him go to UK and work his butt off to make the team and all. I love to see KY boys out on the field representing the State. If he were to play TE, he would be a huge threat just like Tamme with his speed.

Good luck wherever he goes!

Next, I took it as a "small" cheapshot but hey we've grown accustomed to that same old sour grapes crap over the years. I guess some people dont know all the facts before taking unnecessary shots at a School and even worse an innocent kid whos been in the Pike Co. school system since he started school.

Yea i agree with you on this one.....may is one heck of a player there is no doubt on that....i dont think there is anyone in belfy's class that can handle them in my opinion

I would like to see Kentucky get him, but yea he does deserve a scholarship....

Great player, and I hope he goes where the system can utilize his talants and not let him waste away like some other Eastern Kentucky kids have in the past.

Whatever Dustin decides to do, he has a great big family here at Belfry that wishes him the best of luck. I've watched this boy since he was a child, not only is he a natural at any sport he has ever attempted, but he works like a mule to be the best. Most kids never find that kind of passion. He would be an assett to any football program.

Maydo's too busy winning a state title to decide on college right now. He's been a few places, has a few offers, and sometime in Dec. or Jan. he might make up his mind. He might take longer. It's his decision, though. And believe me, it'll be all over this site and the state media when he makes it.

Alright i could see this, i thought ppl were thinking he could go to any school that he wanted to as a RB which is far fetched. As a TE he def has the capabilities he has pretty good hand i could see him as a great run blocker. We already know he has the mind set to run a good route on offense. Here I will agree with you but getting stronger is a must. I would love to see him go somewhere big like UK or WVU but like I said b-4 i think Marshall is the fit for him.

Wherever he goes they will be lucky to have him. He is a special kid with a load of football talent.
