Should be an EZ game for Breathitt!!

Dont know much about Powell, but the Bobcats are a rough team any year you play them, and you definetely feel it the next day as well..
10-15-2007, 03:15 PM
I too think it could get ugly. I too, have heard that they are rough. Powell will hit you as well. They may not have the #'s but the kids they have will hit.......well, 5 or 6 of em' will hit ya.
10-15-2007, 07:54 PM
Breathitt in a laugher
10-16-2007, 08:10 AM
Breathitt gets another easy win.
10-16-2007, 08:28 AM
I think Breathitt in an easy one.
10-16-2007, 10:40 AM
I think it will be as bad as Holcomb wants it to be. Thankfully, he and Whitaker are friends.
10-16-2007, 12:01 PM
Biggest upset in Powell Co. history.......PC 56~~~~BC 49
Naw, just dreaming.
Just remember though.....the New England Patriots have never beaten us.

I saw Breathitt County's team a couple of days ago. There are atleast 40 or 50 if not more, and all have a good size to them. Its a good thing that both the Coaches are friends, if not this one would be even uglier. Im taking Breathitt 63-8. Just giving Powell some hope at scoring. Lets just hope we have none going to the hospital in this one, Breathitt has an extremely hard hitting defense. Good luck Pirates.

Hard hitting? what are you talking about. That's football !! We hit hard too.....It's just,.... well...they have more of em'....LOL LOL LOL

You would be correct in us not having a winning record....EVER!! Our Administration really focuses on basketball & baseball. Doesn't seem to support football as much and it really shows. It will change in the next couple of years. We are really going to turn it around. Our kids are few. We need to get in the weight room. I know Breathitt's history and how they play. We will play 4 Quarters and We will Hit!! Nobody expects us to stay within 50 points of them, So we really have nothing to lose. We'll show up and go balls to the wall. I would say good luck to Breathitt but I guess they don't really need it do they?:redboxer:

you never know, if they dont show up to play anything could happen...

If Breathitt literally doesn't show up, that would be the best thing that could happen. Powell is going to get hit like no other team has hit them this year, and Powell is soft.

Not too shabby for a freshman.

That's a little misleading. All the schools in the nation do not post stats on MaxPreps. There are only 65 or so from Ky that post stats on MaxPreps. None the less though, he is a special player. He just needs to realize that there are 10 more out there that help him each game.
His stat line reads something like this: 84 tackles--31 assts.---115 total---14 for loss---2 sacks---4 forcd fmbls---5 fmbl rcvr---1 INT.-------------------674yds rush---12 TDs---93yds rcvng---1 TD---439yds passng---5 TDs---6 INTs. thrwn.

I'm sure that he does realize that there are 10 more players on the field with him, but he's making all the plays is he not?

yes rose has good stats and you are right there are 10 other players on the field thanks for noticing seems no none else does. breathitt may win but powell will play their best and that is all you can ask for. friday night football is about hard hits, good throwing and touchdowns. you will see all this and more in this game regardless of who is doing this.
