LCC is a very good team no doubt they are good, but the last few weeks Coach B and his boy's from ER have opened up my eyes. I think they can upset LCC, I know they have made me a belevier in them I'll take ER on a upset.

Heres something to think about for the next few hours til the game starts, LCC has not beaten anyone with a winning record yet. the only team with a winning record they have played is Hazard and got killed. Compared to the teams ER have played Belfry, SC, ECT.... I have the outmost confidence in my team. my prediction

ur crazy...LCC has a alot of confidence. even at being down at the half they can fight back..... the wil show east ridge why the are #10 in the mountains... and #10 in 5A.

lets take a careful look at LCC record, they are 6-1. the 6 wins comingfrom: Greenup County(1-4)
Perry Co Central(3-3)
Clay Co(2-4)
North Laurel(0-6)
and Whitley County(2-4).
The only good team they have played is Hazard and they got killed.

Cougar_54 you mentition how you think were going to lose to LCC the #10 team in the mountains and in 5A, well we have played the best of the best #1 3A ranked Belfry and #4 SC, so dont bring rankings in to this conversation because I dont think Hazard could even compeat with Belfry, but back on topic. if LCC could barley beat Whitley County by 1 point in OT than I think the Cougars are not as good as they seem to be, LCC isnt really in a strong district either which is why they locked up a homefield playoff berth. put them in our district and lets see how they whould do.

I agree, good point thrown out here, LCC hasn't played any good teams this year, but hazard. ER has had there games and know what a good team plays like such as SC, Belfry, I'm still going to go with ER in this game. good luck both teams.

Yes, those teams are solid teams no doubt, and no were not trying to bring LCC team down. ER will beat LCC CoachB knows how to get his boys ready, ER has played Belfry and SC some of the best teams in the mountains, LCC has played decent teams. I think ER is more prepared for this game and will come away with the upset.

SO.....if you play the best teams around and they beay you by 60 in the first half your actually gaining something?????makes about as much sense as.....well i lied doesent make any sense at al......furthermore you play SHELBY VALLEY who i think can be considered ok/subpar and they beat you 61-6 i think it was......and your telling me theyr going to roll up to a Letchers HOME FIELD on their homecoming night and beat a team that only lost one game all season, to a very solid Hazard team, Eastridge can come out as ready as they want but they wont be able to stop the Cougars

And to add to it.......The thing that impresses me the most about LCC isnt the fact they have won 6 in a row....its that a few of those games they have been down and looked to be beat, but when the going gets tough the boys quit tryin to play for themselves and play their hearts out for the men standing next to them in the same uniform, for the coaches and for the people out in the stands.......LCC may not be the best team in the mountains, but i will say one thing they show more HEART than any other team I have saw this year.... they have a legitament love for the game and a burning desire to win.... This is what makes them special...

haha So, are you saying that ER could beat teams like Clay Co., Whitley Co. and Perry Central because they don't have a winning record???

I don't think that you can honestly get on here and say that LCC has the most heart of any of the other teams out there...How are you measuring this??? With your heart-o-meter??:confused: I don't think that the LCC team has any more love of the game than any of the other teams in the mountains and I also don't think that you can measure how much a team desires to win. You think that they are special, apparently because you are from that area. All teams play with their heart and want to win for their fans, their teammates, etc. That doesn't give them an upper hand though in the game of football. BTW, It doesn't really matter to me which way this game goes, but don't try to say that LCC has more heart, desire, drive, etc. to win the game. If it can't be measured, you simply don't know.

You also have to look the players have grown up knowing to beat this person and that person a few years ago. Know look at them. How many of them do you see out there "cursing" another player over a roken play. The say " if you mess up mess up 110%", right. The team has heart and tthe will power to roll ERW over and everyone knows it. They just will not admitt it.
ER doesnt have the power to upset the COUGARS!!!
