Supreme Court Judge Michael Sauer officially becomes the coolest person of the day when he sends a screaming, crying, whining, rich, spoiled brat (Paris Hilton) back to jail to finish out her 45 day sentence. She kept screaming "its not right!! MOM!!"..lol... Dont mess with daddy in daddys house.

And, this is just the point: the penal system is SO
overburdened in that part of the world that many people
with Paris Hilton's EXACT dossier receive a couple of
days jail time then are "shocked" to home incarceration.
The real truth is that Paris Hilton ticked off a judge
by appearing before him too often and got slammed. If
you want to dislike Paris Hilton for being born into
wealth and living like an heiress, that's understandable.
However, Paris Hilton may well be receiving a little
tougher love here than the average Joe... and that's
the truth.

It's actually a 23-day sentence...it was cut in half.

I'm sure that the judge would've been a little easier on her if she wasn't 2 hours late for her court appearence forcing him to send the police to her door to bring her in. Then the Sheriff couldn't come up with the paper work of her alleged "psychological condition." All it takes is one person to be made as an example of the wild and crazy times of young Hollywood and they will start to settle down.

No doubt about it. I wonder how many times she pushed the emergency nurse button last night.

Just saw on the news that she isn't going to appeal the judge's decision. I hope she enjoys the jail house breakfast.

I dont understand how people can sit around and say she doesn't deserve her 45 day sentence. What if before one of the couple of times she was pulled over and was given a DUI she had hit and killed a person? I mean she is putting her life and everyone else's lives at risk by driving impaired. That's stupid. Someone could have lost a family member due to her own recklessness and stupidity. She deserves every day she gets in jail and I'm glad she's there. Everyone would be complaining, had something happened, that someone should have locked her up before.

"Ordinary" people in that part of the world (Los
Angeles) get pretty much what she got: the fact
is that the judge got ticked at her and at all the
public outcry and ended up treating her more
harshly than the average joe...or jill as the case
may be.
