Kobe Bryan ran Shaq out of town......... completely shattered a dynasty.

Then, they just aired comments that he made this morning that he wants to be traded, and that he's sick of the Lakers. Made horrible comments about them.

Then, they aired comments that he made tonight that says he wants to stay in L.A., always wanted to, and wants to finish his career in L.A..

I can't blame him for wanting out...they're not really giving him that great of a supporting cast. I am by no means a Kobe Bryant fan, but I think the NBA really wishes that he would stay with the Lakers. He's one of the most recognizable players in the league, with one of the most world-wide recognizable teams. Also, I'd say the NBA agrees with his frustrations and wishes the Lakers would get one more decent player to surround him with. Because as long as the Lakers, Celtics, Pistons, or Bulls are doing well then the NBA can play it's "history" card to help boost ratings.

Over the last few years, I've lost a great deal of respect for one of the NBA's greatest players. I don't know the whole story behind him and Shaq, and I don't want to know it, but I know Kobe is a selfish player who thrives for attention, and 9 times out of 10, he doesn't even deserve the attention he's given.
