I heard Big Billie G. is trying to get 6'8" power forward Michael Sanchez.Does anyone have the low down on this boy?:confused:

According to rivals.com, the Cats are making a push for the kid from Arkansas and the Razorbacks are high on his list as well. He doesn't have a rivals ranking either.

Apparently, Sanchez suffered a knee injury last season and will prep in Las Vegas and re-classify himself for 2008. However, BCG may want Sanchez to skip that process and come into Kentucky this coming season. He had considered TX A&M previously. Tennessee is also a strong contender for this kid.

From what I hear, he is plan B if we dont get Patterson and I have also heard we may get them both and not get Lucas. After signing Legion we may be better off getting those two and not landing Lucas.

Well i do know the kid grew up only mins from Fayetteville. He grew up a R'back fan. BG, if he wants him, better push hard.

Sanchez was ranked well ahead of Patterson before the year started and he had that injury.

Kentucky is now going after Beas Hamga a 7 foot center with a decent reputation pretty strongly. It will be interesting to see who fills the last two spots.
