What a great dream you are having Charlie.I will wake you up now and tell you there is no way Dustin May can shut down Jamie McCarty.Jamie will have another big game to follow up his 33pt. outing he had against the Tigers.I also think that Jaryd Crum will have a double double tonight along with Jesse Meek dominating the middle. Belfry will not score 50 pts!!!
Hey Cardsfan, I must be dreaming huh? Well, obviously not, so here is some crow for you. What happened to McCarty tonight? No Dustin May didn't shut McCarty but the BEST player in the 15th REGION Jamie Case did. Oh and by the way BELFRY had 63 points by the way!!!!

Anybody got any stats...
02-20-2007, 11:11 PM
Dustin May led Belfry with 22 and Jamie Case had 20. For Johnson Central they were led by Meek with 16 (i think) and McCarty was held to only 12 ponts tonight.

Congrats Belfry!

Case really played within himself tonight and played an all-around solid game on both offense and defense.
If there was any doubt who the 15th POY was... it can now be put to rest.
Another solid outing by May who has proven to be a consistent player for 14-20 a night and 5+ rebounds.
20 wins for Belfry now and another quality 15th region road victory.

Second time this season Belfry beats JCHS on the road, the other was in a tournament earlier this season.

Good win for Belfry, they are peeking at the right time. JC should have came out on a high after that bIG "W". I will say belfry has to be considered a fav to win it all along with Valley

Congrats Belfry, they are a well coached ball club IMO.
02-21-2007, 12:27 AM
Congrats Belfry. That is some good balnace which they need. I think Belfry is a slond 2.b, along with Paintsville. Both teams are very good, I think the home team would win either way, and on neutral who knows. Belfry plays some good D and Case is a force and May is also. He puts me in mind of Chuck Hayes, with the way he playes. JC, hope you guys get it together, I know how the kind of season your having feels, seems like nothing goes right. But you guys run a first class program and I hope things gets back on track for you.

Congrats Belfry

Congrats to Belfry. I think they will definitely be a team to be reckoned with in the 15th. As for Johnson Central, this has certainly not been their year. Too many people were expecting them to win this one after the Paintsville win, but you have to remember what kind of season they are having. One win isn't going to turn things around and make them a contender in the region.

Keep focused Eagles....the season isn't over yet!
Congrats Belfry.

Congrats to Belfry! Case definately makes the Pirates go!
As for JC, they are a very inconsistent team and could win or lose against almost any 15th Region team on a given night.

Great game pirates! Case shut McCarty down! May stepped up wit some big shots! Belfry is playing together right now. Congrats on the 20 win season. Keep your head up McCarty you are still a good player. May had 22 with probably close to a double double while Case had 20 and was close to a double double with assists. So wat happened to all the hype of JC and McCarty? Great game!

as i said before.. I think Belfry could be the 2nd best team in the region as of now..
