In Kentucky, it is against the law for a woman to walk down a street in a bikini unless she is carrying a club... that law I can understand sometimes.

if you look at different states on dumblaws.com then you will find that every state has some of the most retarded laws that anyone could ever possibly think of. they also have a section on that site where you can find silly names of cities in every state. look at kentucky's section of funny names. if you think that THEY are bad, lmao, look at west virginia's. i almost fell into the floor laughing at some of wv's city's name.
