I have to say Valley, been a pretty good while since they've been beat at home.

Seriously, I'm going to say, Paintsville or Phelps...
Last time we played at Paintsville, we got in a fight.. And we've had some at Phelps before too.. So I would say one of these two

1. Shelby Valley, I belive they have the best student section in the region for every game.
2. Paintsville, turn the heat down some. As small as that gym is, body heat will keep it warm.
3. Pikeville during big games, such as Shelby Valley, East Ridge, Pike County Central, and Paintsville. Not so tough in games other than those. Those are the games that the students really get into it.

It's not the size of the dog in the fight. It is the size of the fight in the dog.

See that's the thing, like #3, Pikeville's oh so great section people get on here and talk about, and how they have this hail pikeville thing, they're only there at the games when it's good, the Blue Crew is always there, I think one of their bggest crowds of the year was when they played Oneida Baptist. Valley has, hands down, the best fan section, and makes their gym the toughest place to play in the 15th region.

Paintsville,
Hot, crowded, and it's sad to say but, I believe that the officials are intimidated by BMR. Tough place play. But, I love tho come there with the hope of a win..Not likely though..
GO hornets!!!!!

Paintsville by far. No matter if you have a better team than them it is very hard to come out with a win there.
You can beat Shelby Valley easier at there place than you could Painstville. I feel like the big gym at Shelby Valley takes away from them.

As far as toughest place to pull out a win:
(1) Paintsville when they have good teams. They play harder at home and it is usually HOT and they usually end up with the win. Their gym helps them.
(2) Shelby Valley, simply b/c of the fans and that they are always competitive. Not really so much b/c of their gym.
(3) Magoffin Co. always b/c they play hard and get most of the calls. And when they are good it makes it that much tougher.
Other places can be hard in a particular year, but none of these places are ever a cake walk.

Like I said, of all the places I've played at..
I would have to say #1 is Paintsville..
We couldn't hardly even warm up.. for the fans being right in our ear..
And thats saying alot..
I've played at every gym in the 15th except Piarist & David School, including Elkhorn City & Feds Creek's old gym lol
If I would have to rank the top 10.. Heres how it would stand:
1. Paintsville
2. Phelps
3. Magoffin Co.
4. JC
5. Prestonsburg
6. Allen Central
7. Shelby Valley
8. Pike Central
9. Pikeville
10. South Floyd
I do not rank Belfry in here, coz it was always easy to play there, it was home lol
