I think its an avg points per game. But I really cant remember.

I also think they use margin of victory---and strength of schedule (how the teams you have played faired against other opponents)

I agree Valley should atleast be above Pc...i mean they beat Pike them and Letcher Central.....plus they were ranked 2nd in the mtns...

I agree SV is ranked way to low .they should be above PC Johnson Central and possibly Belfry.....but this is just rankings they cannot actually tell the outcome anyway
