Not surprised, but I was suprised that they said he got the largest number of votes ever (or might have said won by the largest percentage of votes ever)

no, not surprised, but i was surprised that McFadden was second over Quinn..IMO he's a better player than Quinn is, but Brady got a bunch more hype...Smith deserved it though, hands down. McFadden will be a big favorite in '07..

he was most deserving by far, no player in the nation played like he did this year, after what he had to go threw with the suspensions and everything, no surprise
