I know its just a scrimmage but I expect this to be a hard fought game.

If I remember correctly Morgan County won by 20+ last year when they met preseason. Thats right after Matt Perry turned down JC's offer. Morgan County lost 4 starters from last years 22-4 team. They should do pretty good. I say Morgan Co. by 5.

This should be a very exciting, and hard fought game. Morgan County is pretty big and VERY well coached. On the contrary, Johnson Central is rather small this year but Coach Starns knows how to get the most from his boys. Hopefully Johnson Central can use their speed and pressure to outplay the Cougars. Also, I hope JC does a better job of rebounding this game. Good Luck Guys!

..i agree ..with returning starter big Kat Haney leading the Cougars into JC today, should be a hard fought game and whoever wins, shouldn't be an easy victory
..and yes Morgan is extremely well coached and does well at producing a contending team season after season.. should be a great game ..got to say i see Matthew Perry's squad pulling off the win again this year

Sounds like the Cougars have recovered well from their losses from last year's team.

Thats incorrect, the varsity played the first two quarters and Jc won by 5 then JC's jv played morgan countys varsity and lost by 3, after that both teams played there jv for 3 quarters. Both teams looked really well the score was cleared after each quarter.

No, JC lost the game..i don't care if they're JV played the third quarter..it was still considered the same game..and morgan won the 3 quarters by 2..41-39..that's the facts..i can get stat sheets to prove it!!

It's a scrimmage each coach was trying to prepare their own teams for the regular season, I don't think either coach showed their game plans for the regular season.
Good Luck to both Schools should be an exiciting season.

My bad guys I thought MC won by 20 last year. Good preseason win for the Cougars.
