Belfry's Defense will capitalize on any mistake you make, Like they did tonight.
You Fumble on Belfry or throw an interception not only will it be a turnover but it might end up being 7 points. Belfry's backfield is so balanced and the play action passing killed Middlesboro. I know Mercer's backfield is great but it's honestly hard to imagine a better backfield all-around then what Belfry has.

This will be a very close game. Russell and Belfry have a long history together. I can remember them from the early 80's. Always cold, always a hard fight. Depending on the weather I will take Russell with a margin of 7. Maybe closer??? Just wish we could play sooner in the season though. Makes both teams better!!

I'll take Belfry by 3 since they are playing at home. Both teams are very even IMO. And while I don't like to compare scores b/c it is usually misleading, both did similar against Ashland at Ashland. So I'll go with Belfry in a close one as I know that they will definately be up for Russell this time. These two usually play close anyway. Home field ad means a lot.

Been expecting this game for a long time! The Pirates will be out for revenge next year and a trip to Louisville! Russell will be looking to stop Belfry from making it state and going themselves, should be a great game like last year, only this time around Belfry has home-field advantage! This could very well be the deciding factor for this game! Both these teams are evenly matched and it really is to hard to make a prediction on this game!
But, I can't stand to not take a stab at it, so i'll say
