I was told last night that Belfry has named Keith May as assistant head coach for the girls. He is presently coaching the BMS girls and they are 20-1 at this point.

He knows the game and will help these girls out a lot, especially when it comes tournament time, he has the expierence and will work these girls hard. Would love to see these girls take region and with the talent they have this year it is a big chance, loosing 6 seniors they are going to be a smaller Belfry team than we are used to looking at but they have the heart and the talent and thats all that matters.

I think Coach May will help Coach Stiltner very much at BHS this year...But with Amy Mccoy, JJ Bevins, Alexis Howard moving up to the JV as soon as the middle school season is over, it's quite possible that Belfrys JV squad may just might rival the Varsity Team

He is one of the best coaches I've ever seen..and he might be coaching somethin else at Belfry pretty soon.

Doesn't he already coach Softball? I think he was the one who was there last year.

Hopefully he will stay with the girls' team. They need him to be there he knows the game and he knows how to get a team going. I can't wait to watch this team play.

Great to see Coach May at BHS. He will be a great help. Even though they lost 6 seniors I hope they will be ready to play.

I think that everyone is forgetting that out of the 6 seniors that were lost, only two were really impact players (Stanley - scoring, Chapman - rebounding). Belfry will be relatively small - as usual the past couple of years (I remember a few games when 5 guards started), but they will be just fine.

I too was hoping he would get the boys middle school job but politics wins again.
