I heard on the radio earlier that the approval for Hillard Howard's salary was not approved, saying he isn't qualified enough for the position of Drug Counselor.

With that said. He will not be the head coach of Letcher County Central as of right now.

Any thought's on this

On the news they said he would still hold both the football coach positon, and the drug couns. but he would be paid on the schools general fund instead of ??????? (not for sure what he was suppose to get paid on)

I didn't hear that part.. All i heard was that he wasn't qualified enough for their drug counseling and that he wouldn't have a job there.. But that was at about 300 when I heard that.. It could have changed since then...

Yeah, I heard my info. from the 6:00 wymt news, I'm 99.9% sure they said he'd still hold the two positons.
