In the future and possiably this year, Powell County is looking pretty good. They have the talent and the heart to go all the way.

I see Powell county having a great future, with kendra mcFarland who is only going to be a freshman this year who started when she was in 8th grade, Also stevie Rodgers, this girl has great talent, she is also only a freshman as well, She do about anything from dribble to also shooting the ball and i can also see her playing a little post

I agree with this 100%...But don't forget about shelby barnett. She is a sophomore and will probably being seeing quite a bit of varsity playing time this year. Watch out for her.

I think your refering to Whitney Couch. She had a knee injury, I think . They also have Beth Wooten playing foward.

Kendra Mcfarland, Stevie Rogers, Shelby Barnett, and Megan Mays should see some significant playing time this year. They will be a great assest to the team. Shelby should be playing alot at the point guard position this year, she had a great performance at last seasons district games. Kendra Should be starting at center this year. The Lady Pirates should have a great season.

I see powell coming out on top...They only lost 2 seniors 1 of which got playing time, and they def. have some potential to fill their shoes..I see powell going pretty far.

I think Powell is just one of 2 or 3 teams (I don't think Lee is in the picture) that might win the district this year.
