Boyd vs Fleming in the first round is not a good thing.  I'm not a fan of RPI and I'm not advocating using it here...but.... food for thought:
Using RPI to seed the tournament:

Ashland vs Morgan
Raceland vs Elliott

Boyd vs Rowan

Rowan has beaten two of the top three teams in the 16th region (Boyd and Fleming) so there is a team somewhere inside of them that's capable of pulling an upset. Problem is the Tomcats have been on a mission as of late so Rowan's chances are slim and none and Slim was just seen leaving town.

Russell is just out of their league in this one and will get throttled from the get-go.
