Boyd vs Fleming in the first round is not a good thing.  I'm not a fan of RPI and I'm not advocating using it here...but.... food for thought:
Using RPI to seed the tournament:

Ashland vs Morgan
Raceland vs Elliott

Boyd vs Rowan
Fleming vs Russell
