Who is the best 15th Region Player since 2000
#1
Who is the best player to play in the 15th Region Since 2000. I want to hear peoples thoughts on this and why you chose that player. Give a top 5 if you can’t decide.

Been a lot of good players in the 15th in the last 25 years. This could be a long list.

Solid list. I would add Rylee Samons to the list for my picks.

Would rather add Wyatt Battile over Rylee.

Cameron Justice is his name. But if we were to add 16th region too he would be right behind Elisha Justice for me

Yeah, that's him, but he was in the 14th.

Another one that just hit me is J.R. Vanhoose. I know he is 2-3 years before 2000 but just couldn’t leave him out when talking about best 15th region players ever.

How has no one mentioned Timmy Dalton

Elisha is number one though

Trey James?…

If you are a 6’10” center in the 15th Region and don’t absolutely dominate, you’re not gonna be on this list. He didn’t come close to dominating. I watched 6’2” centers out rebound him on multiple occasions. Don’t start with the D1 scholarship nonsense. He was recruited cause of his size.

LOL, he would definitely shoot it. They did win the region behind him in '01, which was a huge accomplishment from South Floyd. Not sure if that was his JR or SR year. I think that was his JR year. They were a great 15th region basketball program those couple of years in the early 2000's.

2001 was his Sophomore year. They had a very good team. Them and Allen Central both were a handful. Imagine a Floyd Central team back then.

FC was my first thought when I went back and looked at SF's record those years too. That 2001 game is on youtube. Hard to believe you had 2 schools in the regional final in '01 that later combined and since they combined have never really won anything. Maybe 1 district championship in how many years now, 7 or 8?
