Prestonsburg definitely played better & deserved to win the game but officials were terrible at best. The guy named Chris that used to work at pmc may be the worst ref I’ve ever seen. Anytime lcc had a little momentum then he would come in with a just awful call. He made maybe 4 in a row that he can’t justify and couldn’t handle when some parents called him out on it & threw a parent out. I sure hope the 14th doesn’t have 15th region refs & surely they wouldn’t send him to a region to officiate. Talking to pburg parents sounds like he’s the same on the diamond and some people just really shouldn’t be an official, he’s definitely one of them.

Ball movement was crisp tonight. Guys looked like they were having fun. Offense really flowed well. I don’t think there’s a question of talent. We all know there is. It’s about how that talent plays together and tonight they looked great.

Great win going in to the tournament. LC beat us by 16 the first game of the year and we beat them by 14 in the last game of the year. I call that improvement! Hopefully it carries over into next week. Glad to see some fire out of the boys!
