Trump's first term was a bump in the road for the Obama/Clinton power grab. They were able to rig the 2020 election thanks to COVID and censorship combined with corruption of the media.

The second Trump term will hopefully be a concrete wall in the road. Obama, Hillary, and former USAID director Samantha Power need to be investigated, tried, and jailed if found guilty of felonies. Bill should have lobbied harder for a pardon for Hillary. I don't think anybody expected DOGE to be so successful, so quickly at ferreting out corruption.

Going to be so much harder for corrupt media to brainwash half the public in 2026 and 2028 without their criminal $$$Millions and millions of government grants aka theft of taxpayer dollars.
I'm wondering how much of the media corruption is the result of direct payments of media executives through Democrat slush funds like USAID. I doubt that USAID is the only agency that was taken over by goons from the Obama and Clinton eras.

It's hard to believe that there is a worse case of corruption than Hunter Biden selling access to the president, but USAID appears to be a contender for that title.
Elon is saying what is going on with USAID is happening across many other government agencies. Trump should make someone like Matt Gaetz or Devin Nunes or even Peter Schweitzer IRS commissioner and audit all these crooks to hell and back. Bound to be massive tax fraud going on as well. These people don't believe laws apply to them. Lots of people need to go to prison so this never happens again and I don't care if they are Democrat or Republican or Independent.

I agree. Gaetz apparently did nothing illegal, or h the crooked DoJ would have prosecuted him or delegated it to one of the Soros state AGs, but he is too blatantly political to be effective at stamping out corruption. The are are plenty of well-qualified Republican lawyers without Gaetz's moral ambiguities available to assist with the swamp draining operations.

I have not watched Gaetz's talk show yet, but I think that is currently the best role that he can play. If he does well, then maybe Fox News will give him a show. Gaetz is young enough to bounce back politically if he avoids controversies in his personal life for a few years.
Dang TDH, did OSH steal your password and log into your account? LOL j/k. Gaetz has already done his answering, for years now. There is zero evidence he broke any laws. If the prior DOJ had a shred of evidence against him they would have indicted him. I want to see Gaetz in a position somewhere where he can go to war against corrupt Dems. I think he would be highly effective.

I’d like to see the House investigation report or what its findings where last I heard he’s had them blocked…Why if you have nothing to hide…I’m not anti Gaetz but I am about holding them all accountable regardless of political affiliation

I'm holding him accountable too when and if there is any evidence of anything to be accountable for. I know one thing the congressional report doesn't have and that's any crimes. And it's written by the same corrupt gang that brought us the corrupt J6 committee. Until it's something other than a typical smear campaign Dems run on all conservatives, why would I not back Gaetz 100%?

Half the country still believes Brett Kavanaugh raped Crazy Blazy Ford...

Don’t get me wrong Jet I’m not all anti Gaetz, all I’m saying basically is id like to see more transparency on all the issues surrounding him that’s it…Let the new administration do their own investigation and let’s make sure there’s nothing there, if he’s innocent I’m 100% behind him, I don’t have a problem with his job performance just unanswered questions….

No, no and hell to the no, it's already been investigated for years. The FBI confiscated his phone FFS. All people involved were interviewed more than once. The girl who they said was underage said it never happened. The previous corrupt DOJ that would indict a ham sandwich didn't indict him. They wanted him BAD and it just wasn't there. It's over.

First thing we disagree on but it's all good TDH.

I’m not so sure whether we disagree or not Jet, sounds like I need to do some research maybe I’m not as informed on the whole Gaetz fiasco as I thought…It’s possible I typically work 12-16 hour days so I’m not always as up to date on these topics as some of the posters on here and some of my posts come from personal experience, such as having to deal with shipping issues caused by Pete Buttigieg being transportation secretary….Its all good though days are looking brighter and brighter under Trump…

Tulsi Gabbard is the new Director of National Intelligence. Zero Democrats voted to confirm her nomination. One RINO traitor, Mitch McConnel, voted against her nomination. Hopefully, Republicans will uncover the corruption that has allowed McConnel and his wife to become fabulously wealthy on the taxpayers' dimes.

The 30 hr. clock is running on RFK's vote after a party line cloture vote. Democrats will waste time and money saying mean things about Bobby and then he will be confirmed tomorrow night or Friday.

give him much credit though as he only did it because he's not afraid of being retaliated against due to his age.  What a bunch of Phonies claiming to be Public Servants.  Mitch was the only one in the GOP who voted against her.  I can't give him any credit though as he only did it because he's not afraid of retaliation.  About 80% from both Parties need to be replaced.

We can do better, much better.  I hope I'm wrong though. Wink

McConnell voted against Gabbard because he hates Trump and he and his wife probably have as much to fear from DOGE's audits as most Democrats do. McConnell's vote had nothing to do with a desire to do the right thing. McConnell stabbed Trump in the back during his first term and he is still working with Democrats against Trump.

If McConnell runs again, I hope Trump and Vance run a strong primary candidate against him. McConnell has fed at the public trough long enough.

Yes, Mitch hates Trump with the passion of a thousand suns. Having said that, Turtle was absolutely correct in voting against the person who the Kremlin has called "Our Girl."  She is a real and present danger to this nation. As far as stabbing Trump in the back, if he had wanted to put the dagger into the back of the Orange Menace, he would have voted to convict him and carried ten senators along with him. I'm sure Mitch wishes now that he had gotten rid of Trump when he could have.

Thanks for providing the Russian propagandist perspective on Tulsi.
If Dems could come up with anything at all better than Amy McGrath to run, Mitch wouldn’t be in office right now….Im to the point id almost vote for a cartoon character if it ran against Hal or Mitch…

We can agree on something I’d like to see term limits brought back, America was a lot better off without career politicians in the same office for decades
Elections are term limits. The problem is that voters no longer receive an adequate education to make good decisions, and that is as true of phDs as it is for GEDs. Most people do not follow the news and hold elected officials accountable for their actions. Term limits won't fix stupidity.

I know that the SCOTUS decision in 1995( U.S. Term Limits v. Thornton)  made the path to term limits much harder. At that time,  more than twenty states had taken measures to set limits on its Congressional representatives. SCOTUS said, not so fast... Majority opinion was that the framers of the Constitution decided that qualifications for Congress should be fixed in the Constitution and made uniform throughout the Nation  Said term limits can only happen  through a properly enacted constitutional amendment.

You are correct, Hound.  This is one guy who belongs behind bars.  Jet (and others) defense of this sexual predator(and other sex predators) is beginning to be alarming.

House Ethics report(bipartisan report) found "substantial evidence" that Gaetz violated FL statutory rape law.
