Boyd County at Ashland 1-31
#1
So, pollsters, what's the verdict on A-TOWN vs. THE COUNTY part 2? Who's taking the crown this time? And can THE COUNTY keep it close, or are we in for another blow out?

Who the hell is Atown and the county?

Alright, Strikeout King, let me break it down for you—APB (Ashland-A-Town) vs BC (Boyd-The County) is like the basketball version of a Shakespearean drama, full of passion, rivalry, and unexpected plot twists. If this doesn’t help you understand the most beautiful rivalry in the 16th region—and possibly the state—then maybe, I’ll just have to send you a mixtape of highlights to seal the deal!

And this one belongs to A-Town. I might add by a good margin.

So when do these 2 teams play again?
#6
Looks like the strike out king fixed this so it was more understandable for the not so fluent everyday fan. But if you know you know A-Town vs THE COUNTY part 2 of 4 will be held this Friday starting around 7:30 at the legendary J Anderson gymnasium. Let’s go man this is fun. ?

IMO, this game depends completely on how Boyd shoots. They will shoot 30+ 3's, and if they are hitting, then who knows. I look for Zander Carter to guard Spurlock again, so he will be limited on his looks. That means Hicks, Holbrook, and Childers will have to consistently score for Boyd.

I hope for a good game, i'll take Ashland.

My guess would be the two teams listed in the thread that you clicked on.
Or maybe the thread title was changed? if so, my bad.

If BC had multiple players hitting and they actually play defense then it’s a toss up if APB is also playing well. But I haven’t seen a consistent defensive game from them yet this season. Athletic and capable of playing great defense but just haven’t seen what I think they are capable of.
Likewise from APB they seem to play defense consistently but can be all over offensively. Against Lincoln they couldn’t miss but then struggled to score consistently against Pike.
Gonna be a battle and interesting to see how they show up.

Should be a good game, I think it will come down to two things. Shot making and defensive stops. The team that does that will win this game. Ashland (Neel has never been on the roster/eligible so I do not count him.) has its entire roster and so will Boyd (minus Huff who is out for the season).

Neel is still fighting eligibility apparently. I hope Taylor can go full strength for Boyd, watched him last night a little and he looked to be limping quite a bit.

In A-Town, where the spirit soars higher than the last-minute buzzer-beater and the heartbeats of unity echo louder than the referee’s whistle, their dominance over the little brother, THE COUNTY, is basically a family tradition at this point. Each victory? It’s like a rock concert and just a hint of smug satisfaction in the air. It’s a heartwarming celebration of triumph and togetherness, where every win is like a new chapter in the never-ending saga of A-Town making sure THE COUNTY remembers who’s boss and their daddy. Long live the legacy and long live the friendly rivalry!

This will be a shoot around for Jacob spurlock. But it’ll be a close W for A-town, and Zander carter will just continue to dominate.

He is noticeably and quite a bit. I give the kid credit for trying to return to make one last run with his teammates. He is a great kid and an awesome teammate.

A-Town vs THE COUNTY—just 24 hours until the highly anticipated showdown, and this is shaping up to be nothing short of legendary! Will THE COUNTY finally get in the win column, or will A-Town extend their reign of dominance, leaving THE COUNTY wondering if they need to bring in HC J Wallace a little sooner than planned? Perhaps it’s time to expedite that Ohio player they’ve got, who could very well step into the shoes of the last Buckeye who graced their roster, and finally give A-Town a taste of their own medicine remember BC winning 2018 year.
