Hard to disagree with this. I’d maybe put Leslie above Jenkins. Hazard is ahead by about 20 on Jenkins in the All A at halftime. Record is good but I believe strength of schedule is still more important. They’ve played some weak teams out of Virginia mostly.

Leaving off Powell is a mistake, they took down Knott Earlier in year and have one of regions best scorers definitely a top 5 team

After hazard and maybe Perry, I don’t think anyone is a threat maybe breathitt because of sperry but hazard has seemed to handle them so far this year. Perry gives the best challenge due to the rivalry aspect and who’s played them the closest in the 14th but unless something major happens then I’d say you’ll see a Perry/hazard district and regional final.

If Breathitt wants to be a contender , they’ll need more than Sperry to step up. Basketball has never been a one-man show…

Yeah we all definitely know that basketball isn’t a 1 man show but I also don’t see other D1 players on breathitt or anyone that can match hazard so like I said…….because of sperry you could throw breathitt as a possible threat to hazard.

Maybe cause I think sperry is that good but breathitt has nice players around him and it’s not a knock on them. Sorry if your kid plays for them and you think it’s a shot at the others cause it’s not, just stating facts that sperry is the reason you give breathitt a chance.

I don’t have any kids , but if Breathitt loses any of their starters from last season , the might struggle to beat anyone. Just saying ! Starting to wonder if you have a kid on the team lol.

Take Sperry off Breathitt and have them play Buckhorn or Jackson City. Who wins and by how much?
Breathitt is still 25 points better, so that question doesn't add up.

Hazard will be very tuff for anyone to beat. You can’t count out breathitt on account of Sperry. If Estill county gets hot come tournament time they could be dangerous too. Chaney is having a very good year. Estill seems to always get hot at the right time.

Not from breathitt and definitely no kids playing there, but why use Jackson city or buckhorn??? Take sperry off breathitt……they beating Knott? Letcher? Leslie? Powell??? Not a chance but with him they are better so we both can play that game all day if you want. That’s answering that question.

What’s going on with Lee Co basketball team? Last time I saw them playing they had 3 players leave the team. I think two of them were starters.
