Ashland Blazer at Corbin 11/22

Yes, and what a coincidence that 99.9% of the time it's the talented kids that get "taken in", "rides to little league", and "equipment bought". I bet there aren't too many cases of 3rd chair trumpet players being treated so well.

This isn't a jab at this particular situation or persons but rather a statement to consider as a whole. We wonder why college and professional players exhibit narcissistic behavior at a much higher percentage than the general population. It starts early and magnifies immensely.

I don’t know his back story, but it seems like staying at his old school and playing would’ve been the better move. Corbin selling their soul to get the Smith twins cleared probably cost them in this one.
And live where, on the side of the road?  I’m not positive to all the details but from my understanding Meadors has lived with Coach Salmons and his family for quite a while….Coach Salmons and this kid had nothing to do with the Smith twins, that’s my problem with the KHSAA either help out all the kids or follow the rules to the t and help no one….

The kid was living with the coach in West Virginia as well, should he have stayed in West Virginia just to be in a bad situation….My last comment on this situation, I want my team to win as much as anyone ANYONE but when some of these situations with kids on a different team and coaches are actually helping kids in a difficult situation then so be it, good on the coaches for taking care of a kid, even if we lose because of it…..Some of you all need Jesus…

Speaking of Jesus, I wonder how Jesus would handle this situation. We all know he is a huge football fan. Would he side with the KHSAA that rules are rules or would he agree with Coach Salmons and Corbin and say the kid should be able to  play? I think Jesus would walk into KHSAA headquarters and start turning over tables and chairs and trashing the place just like he did the Temple in Jerusalem . Jesus was always fighting for the underdog--- the poor, the disabled, the concubine. I just know Jesus would agree that Myles should play. Some of you are heartless, like TDHounds said. Try working to help the homeless like TD and I do. We love Jesus and so should you.
Jesus would have sent that boy Somewhere else other than Corbin is my guess. Maybe a place that has a regard for the rules!!! Dont get mad your the one who Brought the good lord into this.

I am not one that even wants to be part of a program that obeys all the rules, I respect a program that lives on the edge to get the best on the field.. But I am not gonna throw WWJD into the  mix, when I know we been up to NO GOOD! LOL Call a spade a spade here.

At least you're honest, at least in this case.

You are the king of bearing false witness against thy neighbor. Corbin over Ashland by 1 in OT.

The bottom line is, an innocent youngster has been harmed by a bunch of grown men who, deep down, don't really give a rat's ass about kids. This kid is a good kid, a talented kid, a speedy kid , a kid that college scouts were drooling over and D-1 schools were offering. He could have really used this season to enhance his profile for a college career. Adults letting kids down again... Jesus can't be happy.

NYT report says there's a "trail of payments" to women. More upcoming...

Jesus came to me in a dream and said Corbin by a couple of scores.  Then he spoke some sort of cryptic parable that I'm still trying to decipher. I think Jesus is pissed about the Myles Meadors situation.

As would anyone in the state of KY that would go up against Boyle. Boyle is at least three scores better than anyone else in the state.

Not sure I'd go that far with 3 touchdowns but beating Boyle at Boyle in the playoffs hasn't been done since November 15th. 2013.  Boyle has a 27 game playoff winning streak at home.

Correct. Ashland will give Corbin all they want IMO.

Corbin by 3 tds if the hurdle isn’t called.

I would probably rather watch this one than the Boyle game, but I think someone said a few days back that the stream will cost $10. I'm too cheap for that.

I saw that too for $10. Hoping I can accidentally stumble upon this game for free somewhere.

I figure this to be one of the more exciting games tonight.
