It helps negate some of Belfry's speed.
Russell isn't exactly a very big team from what I have seen. Not tiny by any stretch of the imagination, but not built like some of the Russell teams from the past that had a lot of success.

If it is real nasty I may actually give the edge to the conditions favoring Belfry.

Russell is almost 60/40 run to pass production. The intermediate and deep passing game is very important to their offensive success. Cayden Pennington is their biggest home run threat and he is an excellent big play receiver. If the weather negates the deep threat with Pennington that probably hinders Russell a bit more than Belfry. We know Belfry is built to still win a game when they aren't getting big contributions in the air, they did it last week. I don't think Russell has a shot if they can't get two or three deep connections out of their passing game though.

It won't take a perfect game for Belfry to win, but if it snows then that'll be more advantage Belfry right there.
