Some of you legendary members- who think you are the KING of football knowledge in KY….here’s your chance to prove it!

Post here who will be the Championship game day matchups in each class and the final score.

The poster with the highest number of the final 12 teams is the winner!!

I am too dumb to understand RPI and when the sides of the state flip and seeding starts to be based on RPI, but I’m interested in what others think.

No way PT hangs 30+ on BoCo. BoCo 42- Franklin County 13.....imo, FC beats PT pretty easily. PT has played no one.

So, you have Bowling Green taking South Warren out?

And no Pikeville or Raceland in the finals?

Do you see CAL taking Central out and Bell beating Belfry?

scott county was 2 yards away from breaking 30 on Boyle. Not sure how good PT offense is but it’s definitely possible to put up points on the Boyle Co. defense if you have some athletes

it was originally about Paducah being able to put up 30+ points. Boyle county’s defense has flaws that Franklin county and Paducah can exploit the same way Scott county was able to. That was the intention of my orginial post.

Why didn't they then? You're all over the place with the Cardinals. Tough their season ends two weeks from Friday.

Admittedly, I tend to root against privates always. HOWEVER, I like KCD’s coach and offense. Unfortunately they lost a state title to the PaintsprestonsVILLE ALL STARS!

I’d like to see them win one.

Because Boyle took starters out lmao. Anyone who watched the game saw Boyle get ran all over but also saw Scott county turnover the ball in a couple ridiculous ways. But like the creator of this thread said we’re getting off topic.

Boyle county defense is not spectacular. There’s a lot of Boyle fans who believe they have this great defense from how they talk, when I didn’t see that the game I watched. Paducah/franklin won’t win because quisenberry will be quisnberry, but they will able to score on Boyle.

my prediction for a hypothetical Boyle Paducah game would be 45-25 with Boyle breaking away late. Qusienberty will convert a couple 4th and longs to give the rebels another state championship and possibly their last for a couple seasons in a 4A that’s only getting better.

In 5A Highlands vs Cooper.
Highlands gets revenge from last year with 28-21 win. Hopefully no coaching screw ups to cost them a playoff game win.
I need to think about the rest of divisions

cooper highlands would be played in round 4

With upsets and RPI I thought it was possible?

Just looked and round four is statewide RPI based.

Theoretically it could happen but a lot would have to happen.

assuming nothing crazy happens the semis will be

cooper/highlands
south Warren/bowling green

yea I just realized Highlands dropped from 5 to 7 in RPI on an off week so I will have to agree with Highlands / Cooper semifinal with Highlands and BG in the finals.

Pikeville or Raceland or both will be in the finals of 1A at Kroger and one of them will win it. You can bet the farm on that.
