Of course I want the Cats to win but I can honestly say I am not going in with any confidence in them winning. But the best games they have played this year was top ranked teams such as Georgia and Ole Miss. Gotta hope for the best.

@Bluecat I'm like you, didn't have much confidence going into the Georgia & Ole Miss games, honestly should've beat UGA and pulled off the win against Ole Miss. But this game? no confidence at all, completely different team now then it was 1-2 months ago. You can tell the energy isn't there, no motivation, and most definitely no preparation. Hope more than anything we can beat Tennessee; hell at least be competitive! But just don't see it happening.

I'm not looking forward to this game.
If Tennessee scores more than once, it'll be hard for us to catch up. I believe Tennessee definitely scores more than once, in this one!

Sadly, they are actually good and unfortunately we are going to have to hear that stupid song all night! Thanks to Tennessee, I hate Rocky Top.

Not a good matchup for UK(is it ever?).Tennessee can score. With the way UK's defense has played of late, Rocky Top will score a lot. With the way our offense is(it sucks), we WON'T score a lot. Makes for a lopsided affair and a whole lot of listening to "Rocky Top." We should just forfeit, stay at home and ponder our life's choices.

I knew there had to be others that felt the same way about it.
One of my family members used to do a Blue Grass show, on a local radio station. He played that song all the time. Plus he's a UofL fan to boot! I'd listen to his show. Believe he played that song often just to mess with me. Once the song was over, you could often hear laughter in his voice!

At least deer rifle season begins, in less than two weeks now. Really looking forward to it. I guess, at least I got that going for me

Did you see/hear the variation of that song (I won't mention the title) that Arkansas fans made after their victory?
It's pretty funny, and instead of the "woooo" in their song, the say suey.

I hate this song with every fiber of my being.
My son can't understand why I don't care for it. If we're losing a road game at Tennessee, and it looks like there's no chance of us making a comeback, I'll go ahead and turn the TV channel. Already know it's coming

I'm not enthused about our chances in this one, but I do wonder if the book is out on Tennessee.
They beat a not-very-good Oklahoma team by 10 and a not very good Florida team by 6 in OT. They scored 25 and 23 in those games. They only had 14 in a road loss to Arkansas.
They hung 24 on Alabama In Knoxville, but the Tide gave up 34 (Georgia), 40 (Vanderbilt), and 25 (South Carolina) in other SEC games before they shut out Missouri's back-up QB last week. I'm honestly not sold on Alabama at this point and think that they miss the playoff unless they ride a win over Georgia and their past accomplishments in, even if other SEC teams are better on paper. All that to say that while Alabama still a big win, it's lost some luster.
Good thing for the Vols that no matter how much their offense might have stalled, their defensive line should terrorize us and Kentucky just isn't playing very good football right now. Kentucky never seems to play well in Knoxville either; excluding the 2020 COVID season, our last win there was in 1984.
I'm honestly surprised that the line isn't higher.

KY has about the same chance of winning at Knoxville as I have of transitioning to Old School Lady Hound. I'm keeping my testicles and KY is not winning on Rocky Top.

I'd like to propose a toast.
So let's raise our glasses high
In the hopes that the Cat's come outta the gates swinging
And play some inspired football
To the likes of which we haven't seen since the Ole Miss game
After the battle on the field is all said and done
We hear the mention of Rocky Top
Not the song but about the tears the Tennessee faithful have shed
Because after the smoke clears it's the Cat's standing a top the mountain in this one
We have finally won
Cheers
Maybe the worst toast ever

Nice effort by the Cat's. A loss is a loss but we showed a lot of fight.
Congrats to Tennessee and most of their fan base. Some of the Tennessee fans acted like the most class less, unsportsmanlike, group of people, I've ever heard in my life. Some probably should be banned from sports stadiums.
I did get a lot of joy every time the Tennessee fans booed. They did a lot. Sounded like a stadium full of crying, bawling toddler's! No offense to toddler's anywhere tended here!
On top of booing our injured players, one went to the hospital, it sounded like they were shouting expletives towards them. Who the heck does that when someone is laying on the ground hurt?! No where in sports ever should there be a place for this. Don't let some of them in the stadium ever again. Ban them for life!
I'm not just being a sore loser either. Losing is a part of life. The Cat's losing has zero effect on me. Just the way some of the Tennessee fans were acting, is what this is about. I know there's a few in most fan bases.
Again Congrats to Tennessee on the win and biggest majority of their fan base. And again, heck of a effort by the Cat's!

1.How did Dylan Ray ever make a SEC roster?
2. Isn't it about time Cutter Boley started getting some game snaps?
