Saleh was fired by the Jets today, after 5 games into his 4th season. 

He finished with a 20-36 record, despite having elite defensive units every season, the quarterback and offensive units wasn't up to par with the defense. They didn't make the playoffs in each of his 4 seasons.

Would make a nice addition on the defensive side of the ball for the Bengals. Won't happen, of course, but who would be in favor of replacing Lou with Saleh?

The check you'd need to write to get Saban out of the booth and back into the NFL would be money anyone would be stupid to turn down and the Bengals don't have a history of writing those.
