2024 Presidential Election Electoral Vote Predictions
#1
Trump/Vance vs. Harris/Walz. Who wins and what will the total electoral vote totals be?

Here is a link to the Real Clear Politics Electoral Map
#2
Trump/Vance 295

Harris/Walz 243

I thought it was a mistake by Trump to name a white male as his running mate. After watching how well J. D. Vance handles interviews, studying the latest polls, and watching the devastating Trump ads featuring video clips of Kamala Harris, I have changed my mind. Not only do I believe that Trump will defeat Harris, but I do not believe the final electoral college vote will be close.

Of course, this is the season for October surprises, but Harris is going to need to pull a big rabbit out of the hat to win this election. The ads that Trump is running in this campaign are going to be much more effective than his best ads in the 2016 and 2020. Kamala Harris is a rich target zone because of her ridiculous far left-wing positions and the ads feature her explaining those positions in her own words, complete with video.

Good thread topic, Hoot. I hope Jet doesn't hijack this one with his lies like he did your last thread. I guess as long as you don't say the tiniest thing negative about his tangerine god , he will be okay. I still believe it will be very close. I'm gonna stick with what I've been saying for months now. The person who wins Pennsylvania will be the next president.

I agree that Pennsylvania is a key battleground state and I believe that Trump will eek out a win there, in part due to Kamala's flip-flopping on fracking. I also have Trump winning Michigan and Wisconsin. If he takes those three states, then it will be very hard for Kamala to beat him.

I had not really been paying very close to the campaigns before the past few days. I have to say, I believe that Trump's ads are much more effective than I recall them being in his two previous campaigns. Part of his strategy seems to be to run ads targeted at male voters during NFL games. The best ads that I have seen feature Kamala explaining her position on issues like making taxpayer-funded sex change operations available to illegal immigrants and prisoners.

That is not a popular position among men in in either party and it ran during halftime during Sunday's NFL games on TVs in homes and sports bars across the country. All Trump did was say that he endorsed the message after playing video clips of Kamala's interview. The ad even featured large captions, in case TVs were muted during halftime.

I read that Trump is leading among likely male voters by 16 points and Harris leads among likely women voters by 14 points. Charlemagne tha God discussed the sex-changes for prisoners ad on his show and was shocked at Kamala's proposal. (The same show on which Joe Biden declared that if you aren't voting for him, then "you ain't black.")

Nice alliteration . Say that one five times really fast. LOL  Would you say Kamala is a Mother Fracker?

I agree that if Trump wins PA, MI, and WI, he will be extremely difficult for his opponent to win. VERY difficult. I also believe that some of the most effective ads are those which let the opponent's own words work against him/her.

At the moment, Kamala is a non-Mother Fracker, but she is on so many videos stating that she opposed fracking during her campaign in 2019, she is going to have a hard time convincing voters who depend on natural gas production and fracking for a living, not to mention consumers who would face the higher energy costs as a result of a fracking ban.

Pennsylvania was very close in 2016 and 2020 and Trump is well ahead of where he was at this point in those campaigns. That is why I am picking him to win in PA. I think that Michigan and Wisconsin will be tighter races than Pennsylvania.

JOE ROGAN: THE GOVERNMENT IS TERRIFIED OF TRUMP AND ELON

"I think they're really terrified about Trump.

When he gets in there, he's having Elon come in and do some sort of a government efficiency agency; they're terrified of that.

He's going to come in with that Tesla mindset.

We're here to get some sh*t done, and you try applying that to the government."

Explain breaking oil and gas production the last 3 years if the Biden and Harris are against fracking. That's something I would like to see the democrats talk more about.

Highly doubt that.  Maybe among MAGA, Rogan > Costas but that's about it.

Btw, despite some recent polls by Emerson College, Marist College, and the NYT which were a bit troubling for Harris, Five Thirty-Eight's model disagrees. It has Harris with a 53.3% chance of winning the EC.  It's current count:  Harris 275 , Trump 263 .

What do you think we should be watching for EARLY on election night that could very well foreshadow how things ultimately play out? Hoot, are there particular states that you will be watching closely as the polls begin to close ? While there is a path for Harris, even w/o PA, I think if she loses there, it's gonna mean a bad night. Something tells me she eeks out a win there. Could be wrong, though.

Videos of rough looking men in ski masks armed with clubs telling voters that they were at the wrong precinct would be a bad sign for Trump's campaign.  Smile

Seriously, I believe winning Pennsylvania will be the best indication of how things are going for each candidate. Trump needs to win the state decisively, or he will not win it at all. If it is still "too close to call" mid-morning on Wednesday, then Trump will be in trouble. Kamala Harris's record against fracking and her proposal for taxpayers to fund sex changes for illegals and incarcerated citizens will mean that she has to carry Philadelphia by a huge margin and probably do very well in Pittsburgh, and her support among black males has been steadily declining. The proliferation of black conservative influencers on Youtube is amazing.

Georgia is another key state. The winner of that state will probably do well all across the south. Doing well for Harris would mean carrying another southern state. Trump needs to sweep the south to have a chance to win the election comfortably. I don't think that he has much of a chance of carrying New York or any of the New England states, with the possible exception of Maine, so carrying the entire south, including Georgia is important for him.

Pretty good analysis. GA and NC are probably the only southern states she has a shot at. I'm skeptical she wins either, but if she wins GA, she probably wins NC, as well, and that probably forebodes a good night for her. I think she either loses both of those or wins them both. If Harris wins both, Trump's gonna have a bad night, imo.

Your Dear Leader will come out and declare victory by 10:00 pm even if behind Rember 2020 still says he won without showing any proof
Do you have a prediction, or are you just here to troll and toss out insults?
Your Dear Leader will declare he is the winner before the polls close even if he doesn't win just like in 2020.
And his Bootlickers(Cult) including YOU will believe him. That's my prediction don't know how else to explain it to you.

The thread is for predicting the electoral college results. I don't know how else to explain it to you, vector.

I'll be voting for Trump. And if that throws me into a category of a cult member, then,  whoop deeee frigging dooooo!!!! Smile

Heck a cult member is kinda mild compared to other things I've been called, Through out the course of my life  Wink

I might just know a thing or two about cults  Woah

In my life,  I've been involved in many cults.  Both as a leader and a follower.
You make more money as a leader.
You have more fun as a follower.

The above was quoted by Creed Bratton,  from The Office! Big Grin Big Grin

In all honesty I don't fully understand the electoral college.  Democrats have more registered voters.  So as a Republican,  I'm kinda glad it exists.  Seems Democrats always win on the popular vote.

I don't understand how Kentucky is only worth,  what 8 votes? Seems like most of the Southern states are worth less votes,  than the Northern.  A lot of our battle ground states are worth more votes.

I recently traveled near Columbus Ohio.  We took the back roads.  The rural country areas.  Trump and Vance signs everywhere.  I thought at first,  Trump's gonna run away with Ohio.  Then I remembered the big cities in Ohio.  Harris is almost sure to take those,  imo.

Same way with Kentucky.  Trump will take the rural areas,  Harris the big cities.  That's been something most Republican Governor candidates hasn't been able to overcome.

We all know to take the polls with a grain of salt.  In 16 Hillary was running away with it according to the polls.  Trump took that election.

In 20 Trump was running away with the polls.  Biden took that one.

Now in 24 as a Trump supporter,  based on the polls from the past two elections,  I'd rather Trump to be behind.  I'd rather the polls show him being blown outta the water at the moment! I'd feel a little better come election day  Wink

Creed is my favorite Office character. I also liked the episode where he walked into a murder mystery game, excused himself to go to the restroom, and then drove off the parking lot instead. He is the ultimate character with a shady past. Another great Creed exchange was when a woman from corporate was making the rounds and asked him what his job was. He was completely stumped by the question because he doesn't do any productive work. He's kind of like Kamala in that regard.
