Great Crossing vs Cooper. Thoughts?

I’ve seen GC play. They’re definitely better than last year, but they’re being overrated. Cooper is one of the best teams in KY and shouldn’t struggle too much.

Great Crossing might be overrated but they flat out put a big score up on Scott County and comparable to what Boyle County did. So thats still impressive any way you look at it.

Scott county played their sloppiest football in 20 years that night. 3 fumbles within their own 35 yard line eventually added up against them. 

Boyle and Scott Co. were trading punches until a disastrous 4 minutes sealed it.

Another big factor is that GC ran up the score on Scott county’s JV defense. Boyle did not.

I’ve also seen Cooper play and they are easily a top 10 team and they shouldn’t struggle to much considering some of the matchups they’ll have

We will find out if Great Crossing is a contender or pretender. They didn't defend the pass very well against Lexington Catholic.
