Prestonsburg returns everyone besides Stidham.
Magoffin losses everything.
Floyd Central lost 3 starters.
Pike Central at the top without Rigdon.

I have PC in the 2 spot. Stewart averaged nearly 22 per game. He will hit 30 per game next season. Slone will come into his own next season. The freshman class that finished state runnersup at KBC 2 years ago will be sophomores. Plus maybe a transfer.

Prestonsburg is a mess. Is the coach going, is he staying? Are players leaving, are they staying? It's Prestonsburg, they have 1 Regional since any of us have been alive and that was in the 80's. They won't win anything this season either.

Magoffin has Walker Russell. He is going to be a star. He looked extremely good in the regional tourney. Given the opportunity to shine, he will average 16 or more. 

Floyd Central has the best PG in the region and the best shooter in the region. They are similar as Betsy Layne. 2 to 3 players that have played a lot of mins, but the rest are unproven. Plus FC JV won the regional jv tourney.

Stewart is def a player. I expect to see them play a different style this year. Not having 2 ball dominate players could help them. Especially if Slone plays like he did his freshman year. 

Prestonsburg is a mess and hasn't won anything, but still returns the most experience.

Russell kid is a stud, but what do they have around him?

Sammons and Moore will be impossible to replace at FC.
